Since I was a child I have been passionate about the human being, his body language, the movement and expression of emotions through the body. my anatomical studies They showed me that we are an integral system that is at the same time complex, marvelous, fragile and powerful.
I started doing mindful breathing exercises at a very young age.. Studying transverse flute during 11 years and singing in a choir for 10 years. I was convinced that “I was breathing well”. But through OxygenAdvantage®, I learned that not only my breathing is worse than I thought, rather, my chronic back pain may have specific roots in dysfunctional patterns of my breathing.
A few ago 25 years, I started with these recurring and disabling pains. Why didn't the doctors ever ask me what my expiration was like?? misdiagnoses, ineffective treatments and medications that relieve, but they do not cure led me to search intensively for alternatives that would allow me to rebalance my body. I researched and practiced techniques such as yoga, functional movement exercises and meditation. I am convinced that the balance of the body cannot be achieved without the balance of the mind and vice versa.
In recent years, the pandemic has hit us, to our families, to our friends… to all. I became an OxygenAdvantage Instructor® looking for information and guidance to help my wife overcome a very complex Post-COVID, to ease my back and to take care of myself. Now, if i'm not drawing, I am teaching people to recover their functional breathing, improve sports performance, increase concentration and attention at work, relieve stress, have a deep and restful sleep.
